Welcome to EPF Genie (the "Website"). By accessing or using our website, consultation services, or support tools, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Our assistance includes, but is not limited to, resolving rejected PF claims, UAN activation support, KYC correction guidance, joint declaration preparation, old PF account merge assistance, and filing grievances on the official EPFiGMS portal.

While we use our professional expertise to guide you and maximize the likelihood of a successful resolution, we do NOT guarantee specific timelines or final outcomes, as these depend entirely on the EPFO, employer approvals, and the accuracy of records.

To provide effective support, you must ensure that all details, documents, and credentials (including UAN, Aadhaar, PAN, and bank details) provided to us are authentic, accurate, and up-to-date.

EPF Genie is not responsible for any delay, rejection, or loss resulting from incorrect, mismatched, or fraudulent information provided by the user. You retain sole responsibility for verifying the status of your records on the official government portals.

We offer an initial case assessment and consultation free of charge. Based on the complexity and scope of the assistance required, we will provide a transparent, customized quotation.

All fees must be paid in accordance with the agreed payment milestones. Fees charged are for our time, expertise, document verification, and administrative advisory support. These fees are non-refundable once the advisory work has been initiated, regardless of the ultimate decision made by the EPFO.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EPF Genie and its consultants shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from (a) the use or inability to use our services; (b) delays, errors, or rejections by the EPFO or your employers; or (c) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.

We take reasonable security measures to protect documents shared with us, but clients share their credentials and records at their own discretion and risk.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
